Old Spice is a mix of a strongly scented sweetpea with large blooms on long stems. The Old Spice mix makes a lovely cut flower, with sweetpeas the more you pick the more flowers you get!
Sweetpeas should never dry out at any stage, avoid fertilising the young plants before the first flowers appear.

Best planted in full sun in moist free draining soil.
Growing indoors - Germination requires temperatures around 20C, once germinated, pop the sprouted seeds into tall pots at a 2cm depth in a cooler spot. Never let young sweetpeas completely dry out. When the hardest frosts have passed, plant out at around 10cm spacing.
Growing outdoors - Sow at a depth of 2cm with 10cm spacing in moist and free draining soil.
Provide support for growing plants and cut blooms regularly.
